Dive Inc. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kiyoshi Shoji; Securities Code: 151A; hereinafter "Dive"), which provides human resource services specializing in over 5,900 tourist facilities nationwide and operates glamping facilities, has transitioned to a holding company structure effective July 1, 2026, and changed its company name to "Dive Group Inc." on the same date.
In conjunction with this, with the aim of enabling swift decision-making and strengthening governance across group companies, we will launch new management structures for three major subsidiaries and new visions/missions tailored to the characteristics of each business, striving for further growth as a united group.
Transition to a Holding Company Structure and Objectives of the New System
Dive has fully transitioned to a holding company structure as of July 1, 2026. By separating each group business into independent corporate organizations, we will enable rapid decision-making in response to changing times and maximize service value in each market.
Prior to this, two subsidiaries specializing in business operations have completed their name changes, and today, July 1, we will fully launch as "Dive Group" under a new management structure.
[Regarding Subsidiary Name Changes] Prior to becoming a holding company, two subsidiaries specializing in business operations have completed their name changes as follows. The former name "Dive Inc." has been inherited by the subsidiary that took over the business of resort human resource services, etc. (formerly "Dive Preparation Company No. 1"), and the subsidiary that took over the business of operating glamping facilities, etc. (formerly "Dive Preparation Company No. 2") has been renamed "Dive Local Inc.".
