Dive Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Dive"), a company that provides specialized human resource services to over 5,900 tourist facilities nationwide, has successfully hired two individuals from Canada and Indonesia as "Specified Skills" workers at the Hilton Okinawa Miyako Island Resort. According to statistics from the Immigration Services Agency of Japan, the number of foreign residents with "Specified Skills" status in the accommodation sector has surged approximately 1.9 times in just six months, from 671 people as of the end of December 2024 (*1) to 1,265 people as of the end of June 2025 (*2). Against the backdrop of this rapid market expansion, the number of "Specified Skills" personnel supported by Dive has reached 183% compared to the same month of the previous year (*3), and their utilization is progressing across tourist facilities in all 47 prefectures of Japan.
