In the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" rankings, a total of 10 Hong Kong restaurants were listed, including those in the recently announced 51-100 list. Six of these made it into the top 50. Following "The Chairman" and "Wing" at first and second place, "Neighborhood" (24th), "Estro" (32nd), "Caprice" (35th), and "Mono" (46th) also ranked highly. In the 51-100 list, "Ta Vie" (68th), "Vea" (70th), "Andō" (88th), and "Amber" (90th) were recognized.
These results once again prove Hong Kong's leading role in Asia's culinary scene. The ranked restaurants span a wide range of cuisines, highlighting Hong Kong's appeal as a "melting pot" of global flavors and its prominence as a city with a high concentration of Michelin-starred establishments.
Furthermore, in the recently released "Black Pearl Restaurant Guide" for China, Hong Kong saw an increase in featured establishments to 39, up from the previous year.
