Dior and Institut Français de la Mode Launch 'Sustainability Fashion Leadership Program'

Christian Dior Couture and the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) have announced the launch of the 'Sustainability Fashion Leadership Program.' This training program, co-designed by both institutions, aims to support the maison's teams as they navigate the sustainability transformations reshaping the fashion and luxury industry.

All Dior employees will have access to lectures and content created in collaboration with the Institut Français de la Mode, a leading institution in fashion and luxury education. This unprecedented project strongly resonates with Dior's environmental roadmap, 'Dream in Green,' and the LVMH group's 'LIFE 360' program.

The 'Sustainability Fashion Leadership Program' includes a one-year certified training program that blends the academic excellence of the Institut Français de la Mode with the practical expertise of the maison.

Developed for an initial cohort of 23 key talents, the program consists of 80 hours of training divided into four modules. It explores the major challenges shaping the future of luxury today: regulations, responsible sourcing and manufacturing, traceability, biodiversity, eco-design, the circular economy, climate change and sustainable activities, and new creative models. The program includes dedicated coaching sessions for the development of concrete and innovative projects within the maison, turning learning into action.

In parallel, a series of international conferences will be held for Dior employees worldwide, further extending this collective momentum around key themes such as climate change, biodiversity, and the circular economy.

Thus, the 'Sustainability Fashion Leadership Program' is the culmination of an ambitious partnership between Dior and the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM), based on a shared vision of contributing to the training of a new generation of leaders who will shape the future of fashion and luxury.
