Already Live — Digital Platformer, Japan's Sole Implementer of Tokenized Deposits, to Exhibit and Speak at XRP Tokyo

Digital Platformer Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that it will exhibit a booth and participate in a panel discussion at the Web3 conference "XRP Tokyo," to be held at Happo-en in Minato-ku, Tokyo on April 7, 2026.

With the concept of "Already Live," our company has implemented tokenized deposits backed by bank deposits, which is unique in Japan, and it is already in operation for payments, benefits, and as a local currency. At this event, we will introduce "implemented Web3 infrastructure" that goes beyond conceptualization.

At this event, we will exhibit operational infrastructure in the financial and energy domains, centered around tokenized deposits.

● Tokenized Deposits (Tochitsuka)

As digital currencies backed by bank deposits, they enable integrated charging, payment, and remittance. Through use in local government benefits and by local member stores, they facilitate fund circulation within the region.

● P2P Electricity/Energy Certificate Platform (GRPL)

GRPL (Green Power Ledger) is a trust layer that records the history of issuance, transfer, and amortization of renewable energy certificates on the blockchain, enabling third-party verification.

By linking time and location information of generation and consumption, it visualizes the flow of energy and manages it in a verifiable manner.

It is also envisioned for use as a foundation supporting regional electricity distribution (P2P electricity) in decentralized energy environments.

This session will discuss the development of the XRPL ecosystem in Japan and its global expansion potential from the following perspectives:

・Traceability of energy certificates and the potential of distributed power

・New economic circulation models based on tokens

Matsuda will specifically share insights on the implementation and social application of tokens, positioning them not merely as digital assets but as "infrastructure for designing economic flows.".
