(Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroaki Haga), an e-learning solutions company with over 3,000 implementation achievements, will host a joint seminar, "Latest Trends and Practical Recommendations for 'Uzbekistan & IT' - A New Option for IT Business Expansion," on Thursday, April 30, 2026, featuring a guest speaker from IT-PARK, an external organization of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
## Why Uzbekistan Now?
Late last year, the "Central Asia + Japan" (CA+JAD) Dialogue Summit and the "Central Asia + Japan" Business Forum were held, attended by Prime Minister Takai and leaders from five Central Asian countries, bringing significant attention to Central Asia.
At this forum, our company, Digital Knowledge, signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with a total of seven partners, including educational institutions and local governments in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan, concerning the deployment of Japanese-style education using digital technology. We experienced firsthand the local enthusiasm and high expectations for Japan.
Among these countries, Uzbekistan boasts a remarkable growth rate and is undergoing the most dynamic transformation, with IT as a national strategy. IT-PARK, an external organization of the country's Ministry of Digital Technologies, is at the forefront of this change and is strongly promoting collaboration with Japan.
We are pleased to announce the "Uzbekistan & IT" event, a joint seminar by IT-PARK and Digital Knowledge.
On the day of the event, we will welcome Mr. Akihiro Sakurai, Advisor to the Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, as a guest.
