MoveSport, operated by Descente Japan Co., Ltd., has entered into an official supplier agreement with Suntory Sunbirds Osaka, a men's volleyball team competing in the Taiko Life SV League (hereinafter 'SV League'). With a long-standing history dating back to the former Japan League era and holding the record for the most V.League championships, Suntory Sunbirds Osaka consistently ranks among the top teams in both performance and popularity within the SV League.

Through the provision of game uniforms, training wear, and other athletic gear, MoveSport aims to support the athletes' performance. Additionally, the partnership will include co-developing products based on player feedback and executing joint promotional campaigns to enhance the brand value of both parties.

The MoveSport-designed uniforms will be worn starting from the 2026-27 SV League season, which kicks off in October.

The uniform concept is titled 'Chousen (The Summit Battle)', symbolizing the 'challenge' spirit of Suntory's corporate motto 'Yatte Minahare' (Just Do It), while expressing the unified determination of players, staff, and fans striving together for new heights beyond the summit. The design features dynamic motifs inspired by the team's phoenix emblem, highlighted by radiant gold accents.

Functionally, the uniforms are engineered specifically for volleyball to maximize athletic performance. Based on research conducted at the company's R&D hub, 'DISC (DESCENTE INNOVATION STUDIO COMPLEX) OSAKA'—which analyzes stress points caused by fabric tension during movement—the uniforms incorporate a proprietary structure for enhanced mobility around the shoulders and underarms. Furthermore, strategic seam placements and panel cuts are optimized for volleyball-specific motions such as spiking arm swings and floor-contacting flying receives.
