Portable fan brand Aecooly is preparing to release a new handheld fan equipped with a cooling plate. By combining a Peltier cooling plate with powerful airflow, this "dual cooling" system provides a new solution for heatstroke prevention during outings in hot weather.

Conventional portable fans only provided airflow, which often felt lukewarm on extremely hot days. The new Aecooly model features a state-of-the-art Peltier cooling plate.
