DELTA HQ PTE. LTD. (Headquarters: Singapore, CEO: Yuta Kuratate, hereinafter "Delta HQ"), which provides AI cloud platforms for the hospitality industry, announces that it has signed an OEM provision agreement for its AI-powered cloud PMS "Delta PMS" with Tokyu Resorts & Stay Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "Tokyu Resorts & Stay").
Overview
Through this project, Tokyu Resorts & Stay will utilize "Delta PMS," a cloud PMS developed and provided by Delta HQ, as a hotel management system in an OEM (white label) format. Going forward, the system will be progressively introduced to resort facilities operated by Tokyu Resorts & Stay.
Background of Introduction
In the accommodation industry, severe labor shortages and the aging of legacy systems are structural challenges. While many major hotel groups are considering refreshing their core systems, customization by existing PMS vendors entails high costs and long development periods. Thus, there was a demand for a system partner capable of flexibly responding to the individual needs of hotel chains.
Delta HQ possesses deep industry knowledge across all areas of hotel operations, from reservation systems to PMS, channel managers, task management, and owner relations, and has established a system to provide each as an OEM module. In addition to this comprehensiveness, Delta HQ's speedy and flexible system provision capabilities, supported by its in-house development team based in Indonesia, were highly evaluated, leading to its selection as an OEM partner by Tokyu Resorts & Stay.
Strengths of Delta HQ
Delta HQ possesses deep industry knowledge covering the entire spectrum of hotel operations, from upstream to downstream, including reservation engines, channel managers, PMS (guest room and front desk management), task management, and owner relations, and offers unique OEM modules corresponding to each. Each module is developed with white-label design as a prerequisite, allowing partner companies to flexibly combine and further customize them under their own brand for deployment as their own products.
Furthermore, it is equipped with the "AI Digital Worker" function, which automates tasks using AI technology, significantly reducing the workload at hotel sites facing severe labor shortages by automatically processing daily tasks such as reservation handling and report generation. Anticipating an era where AI agents select and book accommodations on behalf of travelers, Delta HQ is also developing an API infrastructure to enable seamless integration with external AI.
