Seminar Overview

With the spread of generative AI, companies have entered an era where how they are evaluated and referenced by generative AI, not just by search engines, directly impacts decision-making and corporate value.

Generative AI forms and answers company profiles by referencing all publicly available information such as websites, IR information, recruitment pages, and news releases, using its own logic.

However, many companies face challenges such as:

Not understanding how their company is handled in generative AI searches.

The source of information referenced in AI responses is unclear.

Inconsistent or outdated information affecting decision-making and evaluation.

This seminar will first visualize how your company is handled in generative AI searches and what information AI references and what perspectives it uses for evaluation. It will then explain how often overlooked information inconsistencies and information design gaps affect management decisions, marketing, IR, and recruitment activities, and provide concrete perspectives for confirmation and correction.

Furthermore, in the latter half, we will approach the challenge faced by many enterprise companies, "Why doesn't decision-making change even after introducing AI and data?" from the perspective of an organization's decision-making OS (i.e., the structure of how decisions are made and actions are taken).

During the seminar, we will conduct a Decision-Making OS Diagnostic Workshop to visualize your company's decision-making tendencies and structural bottlenecks in just 10 minutes.

Through this workshop, we aim to achieve a state where you can:

Understand the real reasons why generative AI and data are not utilized, from a structural perspective.

Management, marketing, IR, and HR can discuss with the same premise.

Clarify the priority for the next information design and decision-making to review.

In the age of generative AI, this is a seminar for enterprise companies to simultaneously review "how they are seen" and "how they decide."
