Seminar Overview With the widespread adoption of generative AI, we have entered an era where not only search engines but also how companies are evaluated and referenced by generative AI directly impacts decision-making and corporate value. Generative AI refers to all publicly available information from companies, such as websites, IR information, recruitment pages, and news releases, and forms and answers company images based on its unique logic. However, many companies face challenges such as: * Not being aware of how their company is handled in generative AI searches. * Unclear origins of information referenced in AI responses. * Inconsistencies or outdated information affecting decision-making and evaluation.

This seminar will first visualize the reality of how companies are handled in generative AI searches, and which information AI references and from what perspective it evaluates them. Subsequently, it will explain the impact of often overlooked information inconsistencies and mismatches in information design on management decisions, marketing, IR, and recruitment activities, providing concrete perspectives for confirmation and correction.

Furthermore, in the latter half, we will approach the challenge faced by many enterprise companies – "Why isn't decision-making changing even though AI and data have been introduced?" – from the perspective of an organizational Decision-Making OS (i.e., the structure of how to decide and how to act).

During the seminar, a "Decision-Making OS Diagnostic Workshop" will be conducted, which visualizes a company's decision-making tendencies and structural bottlenecks in just 10 minutes. Through this workshop, we aim for a state where you can: * Understand the true structural reasons why generative AI and data are not effective. * Discuss with the same premise among management, marketing, IR, and HR. * Clarify the priority for the next information design and decision-making to review.

This is a seminar for enterprise companies to simultaneously review "how they are seen" and "how they decide" in the era of generative AI.
