Announcement of New Executive Officers Appointed at DearOne Co., Ltd.

DearOne Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yasuhisa Kono), a new business subsidiary in the marketing field of NTT Docomo, Inc., is pleased to announce that Kazumasa Yasuda, Kazuhito Matsuda, and Kenji Hosokawa have been appointed as new Executive Officers, effective April 1, 2026, to strengthen its management system and accelerate further business growth. With the appointment of these three new Executive Officers, DearOne will strengthen the growth foundation of each business, thereby maximizing business growth and achieving greater contributions to society.

Kazumasa Yasuda Profile Executive Officer, VP, Business Strategy Department and AI Promotion Office Holds a Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant qualification. After working as a PC store manager, IT engineer, and in marketing for IT infrastructure SIers, he joined DearOne in 2020. In the company, he served as a manager for marketing, inside sales, and partner alliances, establishing a collaborative system between marketing, inside sales, and sales. Since 2023, he has served as General Manager of the Business Strategy Department in the administrative division. He was appointed Executive Officer in April 2026.

Kazuhito Matsuda Profile Executive Officer, VP, Marketing Department He engaged in marketing, CRM, and data analysis at Benesse Corporation and SoftBank. Subsequently, at Dentsu Digital, he led digital marketing strategies for regional banks and BtoB SaaS companies. Most recently, after serving as Head of Marketing at several startup companies, he joined DearOne Co., Ltd. in 2023. He was appointed Executive Officer in April 2026.

Kenji Hosokawa Profile Executive Officer, VP, Technical Solutions Department As a founding member of DearOne in 2011, he led the expansion of the "ModuleApps" service, a co-piloted app development service. He has provided app implementation and operational support to companies across various industries and business types, supporting the development and operation of over 50 proprietary apps to date. Since 2023, he has served as General Manager of the development division, driving the planning and development of the company's own products. He was appointed Executive Officer in April 2026.
