Through this participation, the DC Group will join Azusa Sekkei Co., Ltd. and Sol Levante Sports Inc. in managing the "Fukui Arena." The group will contribute its expertise in strategy formulation, marketing, and operational execution to build a sustainable management system for the facility.

Background and Purpose of Participation Fukui Arena is a multi-purpose arena currently under development in Higashi Park, Fukui City. It represents the culmination of the major momentum generated by the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen and is a vital project serving as the "core of urban development" for Fukui's future.

To date, the DC Group has handled multifaceted projects in regional revitalization and sports business, such as the "WALT Plan," a public-private collaborative regional revitalization project in Tsuno Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, and the "30th Anniversary Project" for the Mito HollyHock football club. Recognizing this project as a significant challenge for the future of Fukui, we have decided to invest in and participate in F Primal to commit ourselves responsibly to the future.
