Last year, the group implemented various measures to enhance brand recognition. Notably, Maison Damiani launched its "Ode all’Italia" high jewelry collection. Additionally, I.N, a member of the K-POP boy group Stray Kids, was appointed as a new global ambassador, significantly contributing to reaching a more dynamic and new audience in the digital world. One of the most important developments for the 2025/26 fiscal year is the landmark agreement between Richemont and Damiani Group for the acquisition of Baume & Mercier. This transaction is expected to close in summer 2025, adding a prestigious watchmaking maison with approximately 200 years of history to the group, further expanding its portfolio in the hard luxury sector. During the same fiscal year, the group also acquired Laboratorio Carraro S.r.l., a prestigious Valenza-based company, with the aim of strengthening manufacturing technology and know-how. Active investments were made in the retail sector, resulting in the opening of over 30 new stores globally across the group. Particularly, the Damiani division, which unveiled a new store concept in 2025, attracted attention by opening its first flagship store, "Casa Damiani Seoul," in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, a luxury area in Seoul, South Korea. The South Korean market continues to hold a strategically important position for the group. In addition to "Casa Damiani Seoul," 2025 also saw the opening of the first boutique operated by Rocca in Seoul, specializing in the Swiss independent luxury watch brand H. Moser & Cie.
