In our new graduate recruitment, we prioritize a process that engages with the aspirations and values of each individual candidate. We have received much feedback from students stating that they can "visualize their growth after joining the company," thanks to our design that encourages self-discovery throughout the selection process and our provision of opportunities to work on tasks closely resembling real-world projects. Furthermore, regarding post-hiring development, we offer a unique training program that provides comprehensive learning, from the fundamentals of data analysis to the development of machine learning models. This allows individuals to acquire skills step-by-step, even without prior experience, and enables them to participate in actual projects.

In recent years, while the importance of data utilization in business has increased, the shortage of data professionals capable of handling practical tasks remains a significant challenge. We are working to solve this issue by designing an integrated approach that spans from recruitment to training and practical application.
