In this seminar, we will welcome Mr. Gen Sato, a representative lawyer from Yokohama Marine Law Office, as a guest speaker. What is the 'Condominium Future Value Research Institute'?
Established in 2019 as the first comprehensive research institute by a condominium management company. It analyzes various problems existing in condominiums, which have become Japan's "social infrastructure," such as a shortage of board members due to the aging of residents, and a shortage of repair reserve funds due to the aging of buildings and rising labor costs, and disseminates research reports to contribute to the creation of new condominium value.
