The "Mansion Mirai Value Research Institute Seminar," which started in 2022, will mark its 40th session this time. As a milestone, this seminar, part of the popular "Revised Condominium Unit Ownership Act" series, will focus on practical points directly relevant to condominium management associations.

In this seminar, we will welcome Mr. Gen Sato, a representative lawyer from Yokohama Marine Law Office, as a guest speaker. He will provide clear explanations in a Q&A format regarding questions that are likely to arise and easily overlooked points when proceeding with revisions to regulations in response to the Revised Condominium Unit Ownership Act (enforced on April 1, 2026).

Lawyer, Condominium Management Consultant. Visiting Associate Professor at Yokohama City University Graduate School. Served as a part-time judge (civil mediator), a member of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Study Group on Review of Standard Condominium Management Regulations in conjunction with the Revision of Condominium-related Laws in Reiwa 7 (2025)," and a member of the Sendai City Condominium Management Appropriateness Promotion Policy Review Committee, among others. Currently serves as a Condominium Management Consultant Examination Committee member, a member of the Yokohama City Housing Policy Council, a member of the Kanagawa Prefecture Construction Work Dispute Review Committee, and a member of the Chigasaki City Administrative Appeal Review Committee.

Condominium Management Consultant, Disaster Prevention Specialist. After working in new condominium sales and brokerage at a real estate company, she transferred to Daiwa LifeNext. After experiencing roles such as condominium front desk manager and rental management manager, she successively held positions as head of new construction management design and business統括部門 (business oversight division). She serves as a member of the Business Legal Affairs Committee of the Condominium Management Association of Japan.

Her book "The Future of Condominiums is Decided by Its Residents" received the 15th Real Estate Association Award.
