AI Functionality Added to "Genba Plus," a Construction Management App for Housing Companies

Daitec Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Akinori Nomura; hereinafter "Daitec") will add an "Ask AI" feature to its construction management app for housing companies, "Genba Plus." This feature can be used by registering (free of charge) for an "FC Account" provided by our affiliate, the Fukui Computer Group. The service will be available starting April 1, 2026.

There is a growing need to resolve these issues immediately on the spot and to check information casually, especially outside of support hours, without the hassle of making an inquiry.

Therefore, to further enhance usability, Genba Plus is providing a mechanism that allows users to easily ask questions to an AI directly from the app. This supports an environment where work can proceed without interruption by reducing the time and effort spent on verification.
