"Chumon Bunjyo Cloud DX" is a cloud-based core system that smartly unifies and manages the core operations of housing companies. It consolidates business processes, from customer management, sales/estimates, electronic orders, to post-delivery inspections, into a single platform, enabling visualization of information and swift decision-making. Furthermore, it promotes digitalization and paperless operations through integration with the MA tool "KASIKA" and various electronic contract services. By linking customer information with "iPlanView," a housing sales platform jointly developed and released by Daitec and Fukui Computer Architect in October 2025, it resolves information silos between systems and constructs a seamless workflow from consultation to handover. These proactive integrations with external services and continuous efforts in feature expansion have led to concrete results for adopting companies, such as reducing duplicate data entry, improving response speed, and facilitating smoother internal communication.
