Daitetsu Adds AI Functionality to "Genba Plus" Construction Management App for Housing Companies

Daitetsu Co., Ltd. This feature will be available upon registration (free) for an "FC Account" provided by its affiliated company, Fukui Computer Group. The launch date is April 1, 2026.

Background

Genba Plus has been provided as a simple and easy-to-use system so that anyone can use it on construction management sites without confusion. Concurrently, a robust support system is in place, including a support hotline, support site, manuals, and operation explanation videos, ensuring peace of mind for users.

However, in daily operations, minor questions arise such as operational procedures or input methods that "don't warrant a call to support." Especially outside of support hours, there is a growing need to resolve issues immediately at hand and make casual inquiries without the hassle of formal contact.

To further enhance usability, Genba Plus will offer a mechanism to easily ask AI questions from within the app. This will reduce the effort and waiting time for confirmations, supporting an environment where work can proceed without interruption.
