Dainichi Foods Co., Ltd. announced its April Dream on April 1, 2026, to deliver its new heatstroke prevention product, "Tsukemono-ya-san no Shio Jelly," nationwide. This jelly contains 1.1% sea salt from Tokushima Prefecture, along with sugars and glycine to aid salt absorption. Following the "Tsukemono-ya-san no Bikatsu Jelly" launched in June 2024, the company aims to expand its health food business through official online stores and corporate sales. The product is designed for easy and delicious salt replenishment during severe summer heat, and is free from 28 common allergens.
