Online School 'Deitora' Partners with IT Recruitment Agency 'Workship CAREER' to Launch Career Support for Students

Deitora Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shohei Otaki; hereinafter "Deitora") and GIG Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takahiro Iwakami; hereinafter "GIG") will jointly launch career support for Deitora students starting March 27, 2026.

By partnering with "Workship CAREER," an IT/DX recruitment agency operated by GIG, Deitora will provide a "dual-support" system where both recruitment agents and Deitora staff assist students in their career development. This service is completely free of charge for all Deitora students.

Background

Deitora has provided practical Web skill education at industry-leading low prices, supporting over 30,000 students to date. While we have previously supported career development through sales and job-hunting courses, we have partnered with a specialized IT/DX recruitment agency to provide more professional job placement support.

GIG's "Workship CAREER" offers carefully selected job openings for IT/DX talent that allow for remote or hybrid work, and also supports "transition hiring" (converting from freelance or contract work to full-time employment). Their specialized agents help expand career possibilities by proposing companies that match the individual's skills and aspirations.

By combining the strengths of both companies, we are building a system that provides consistent support from skill acquisition to job placement.
