Cygames Appointed as Main Sponsor for French G1 Race 'Grand Prix de Paris'

Cygames, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Koichi Watanabe), a company engaged in the planning, development, and operation of games, has signed a partnership agreement with France Galop, the governing body of French horse racing. Cygames has been appointed as the main sponsor for the 'GRAND PRIX DE PARIS,' which will be held in Paris, France, on Tuesday, July 14. Following this appointment, the race will be held as the 'CYGAMES GRAND PRIX DE PARIS' for the second consecutive year.

The 'Grand Prix de Paris': A Traditional G1 Race with Over 150 Years of History The Grand Prix de Paris is an international horse race in France that has been held since 1863. It is a G1 turf race run over approximately 2,400 meters (12 furlongs) at the ParisLongchamp Racecourse, attracting top-class 3-year-old colts and fillies from Europe every year. It is also famous for the 'Garden Party,' a music and entertainment event held after the race.

Hosting the Title Race 'CYGAMES GRAND PRIX DE PARIS' As the main sponsor, the Grand Prix de Paris will be held as the 'CYGAMES GRAND PRIX DE PARIS.' On the day of the race, in addition to the Grand Prix de Paris, two other races, the 'HANDICAP DE LA FETE NATIONALE' and the 'PRIX DE MALLERET,' will also be held as title races. The Cygames logo will be displayed on race programs distributed at the venue, as well as on starting gates, track boards, and saddle towels during the title races.
