Cybozu Offers kintone Free for 6 Months to SMEs in Saitama Prefecture

Cybozu Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshihisa Aono; hereinafter referred to as "Cybozu") has launched the "Sales and Profit Improvement DX Practice Camp" campaign, offering kintone free of charge for up to six months to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) headquartered in Saitama Prefecture. Through this campaign, Cybozu will officially accelerate its support activities for digitalization and DX promotion in Saitama Prefecture.

Background on Supporting DX Promotion in Saitama Prefecture

Cybozu actively supports digitalization and DX promotion by leveraging "kintone" across local governments and regions, including forming comprehensive partnership agreements with various municipalities.

In Saitama Prefecture, Cybozu has been collaborating as a "Saitama DX Partner" since 2022 with the "Saitama DX Promotion Support Network," a collaborative organization comprising prefectural administrative bodies and economic organizations, working to solve issues faced by companies within the prefecture.

Furthermore, the Saitama Prefectural Government has adopted kintone, and the "Saitama Industrial Promotion Public Corporation," established by the prefecture, conducts seminars on kintone utilization for companies within the prefecture, indicating active use of kintone by the prefecture itself to promote digitalization and DX among local businesses.

Against this backdrop, to officially accelerate support for digitalization and DX among companies in Saitama Prefecture as one of its initiatives to support region-wide DX promotion in various forms, Cybozu decided to launch this campaign.

Campaign Details

Eligibility: Small and medium-sized enterprises headquartered in Saitama Prefecture (*).

Application Acceptance Period: Until July 1, 2026.

Free Provision Period: From the campaign start date after application, until the end of December 2026 (maximum of six months).

・Free provision of kintone "Standard Course" license (up to 100 users)

・Free provision of kintone AI

・Free provision of training and workshops for kintone utilization and sales improvement

・Opportunity to directly hear success stories from SME managers who achieved business growth through DX

* This measure targets SMEs; companies with 1,000 or more employees are not eligible.
