- Introducing new insights into the 3D structure of gliomas revealed by spatial genome analysis -

CyberomiX Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto City; Representative Director: Ryo Watanabe) is pleased to announce that it will co-host a morning seminar at the "44th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Brain Tumor Pathology" and the "21st Asian Society for Neuro-Oncology (ASNO2026)" to be held on June 11 (Thursday) and 12 (Friday), 2026.

This academic meeting, themed "Foresight in Neuro-Oncology: A Bridge to Hope," brings together researchers and medical professionals at the forefront of brain tumor research and clinical practice.

In the morning seminar co-hosted by CyberomiX, we welcome Dr. Hiroshi Nishihara from the Center for Cancer Genomics and Precision Medicine, Keio University School of Medicine, as a speaker. He will present the latest research findings on the three-dimensional structure of gliomas, which is being elucidated using spatial genome analysis technology.

In recent years, the development of spatial omics technology has made it possible to analyze cell arrangement and genetic abnormalities within tumor tissues along with spatial information, leading to significant advances in understanding tumor heterogeneity and progression mechanisms.

In this seminar, we plan to introduce new insights into glioma research revealed by spatial genome analysis and their potential for clinical application.
