■ Background: Local Corporate Recruitment Crisis and the Role of SNS

Recently, recruitment sites at local companies have been facing an unprecedented "structural labor shortage." As the decline in the working-age population accelerates, the reality is that the traditional method of "posting a job and waiting for applicants" alone no longer even gets companies noticed.
