Shinagawa Cable TV Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Executive Officer President: Natsuyo Hashimoto; hereinafter, Shinagawa Cable TV) will celebrate its 30th anniversary on April 1, 2026.

As part of its anniversary project, a public recording of its self-produced program "Shinagawa EYE" will be held on April 4th. Through this public recording commemorating the 30th anniversary, we will deliver excitement to the people of the region.

"Shinagawa EYE" is a community-focused information program that, each month, selects a station within Shinagawa Ward as its theme and delivers special features on events held nearby and topics of interest in that area.

As a special 30th-anniversary project, all main anchors and the "messengers" who rotate reporting duties each time will gather for a public recording. Stepping out of the studio, the recording will be a visitor-participation program, including a talk session looking back at representative program archives and valuable footage of Shinagawa's old townscapes from the past 30 years, along with a quiz competition about the program, together with the audience. Additionally, Shinagawa Cable TV's mascot character "Shinagawan" will appear at the venue to liven up the milestone 30th anniversary.
