CTS Corporation (Headquarters: Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, hereinafter CTS), a specialist in construction ICT that supports the resolution of challenges at construction sites nationwide, announces that Ren Yokoshima has been newly appointed as President and Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026. This change in president aims to refresh the management system to rapidly respond to changes in the business environment due to the advancement of ICT technology and to aim for the next stage of growth. Under the new president, our company will contribute to solving challenges in the construction industry and maintaining and developing social infrastructure through the promotion of "Construction DX."

■Background and Purpose of the New President's Appointment

In recent years, the rapid development of ICT technology has significantly changed our business environment. This change is expected to accelerate further, requiring more flexible and rapid responses.

In this environment, as a specialist in construction ICT, our company has actively incorporated evolving ICT technology and strived to improve added value. In our medium-term management plan covering the three fiscal years from March 2024 to March 2026, we have aimed to transition to a new business model that comprehensively provides data and information-related services. We have positioned the DDS business at its core and have been developing "Site Assist Package (hereinafter SAP)" as a flagship service and building its foundation. The business development based on SAP has finally begun to take off, and going forward, it is expected to evolve further with enriched content, and our entire business is anticipated to undergo significant transformation accordingly.

To respond to these changes in the business environment and to reach the next stage of growth, we believe that a more flexible and agile management system is essential. Therefore, as preparation for promoting the next medium-term management plan, we have decided to refresh our management system and rejuvenate our leadership. Along with this, we have decided to make a presidential appointment as part of this initiative.

I am Ren Yokoshima, and I have been appointed as president. I believe my mission is to build the foundation for the next generation of growth, inheriting the achievements of 16 consecutive years of increased revenue, 14 consecutive years of increased profit, and 13 consecutive years of increased dividends established by my father and current chairman, Taizo Yokoshima.
