Monex Crypto Bank Releases Survey on Bank Transfer Service Usage (2026)

Monex Crypto Bank Corporation conducted a survey in February 2026 on the usage of bank transfer (collection agency) services among 443 corporate representatives. Sumitomo Mitsui Card holds the largest market share at 30.0%. The primary reason for adoption is to reduce the burden of payment reconciliation. About 71.5% of companies reported over 30% reduction in accounting workload. However, challenges remain, such as manual handling of insufficient fund re-billing, and a hybrid model of paper and web-based acceptance remains the mainstream.
