Creek & River Co., Ltd. (C&R) is launching a 20-part free online seminar series, "Learn Excel for the First Time," for those new to Excel. The first session, "Vol.1 The Big Picture and Screen Operations (Part 1)," is scheduled for Thursday, July 2; "Vol.2 The Big Picture and Screen Operations (Part 2)" for Wednesday, July 15; "Vol.3 Data Entry and Autofill (Part 1)" for Thursday, July 23; and "Vol.4 Data Entry and Autofill (Part 2)" for Thursday, July 30.
"Excel," Microsoft's spreadsheet software, is used in various business scenes, from creating tables and performing calculations to data analysis and task automation. C&R has organized this introductory seminar series for those who want to learn how to use Excel. The series consists of 20 sessions, covering 10 themes, each taught over two parts: a lecture (Part 1) and an exercise session (Part 2).
Volumes 1 and 2 will start with the basics, such as "What can Excel do?" and cover the software's structure (books, sheets, cells), screen layout, and essential operational knowledge. Volumes 3 and 4 will explain and provide exercises on the fundamentals of data entry in Excel and the efficiency-boosting "Autofill" function. This series is recommended for anyone wanting to learn Excel from scratch. We welcome all interested individuals to join.

<Vol. 4 Contents> ~Getting used to operations! Mastering data entry through exercises~ - Exercises on creating dates, days, and serial numbers with Autofill - Exercises on finding and correcting common input mistakes - Differentiated use of pasting only values vs. only formatting
