Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant Hiroaki Tamai After graduating from university, he joined a major general electronics manufacturer. For the first five years, he was in charge of electrical circuit design, and then served as a corporate sales representative for housing equipment and later as an area sales manager. He deepened his on-site experience through sales activities to construction companies and housing renovation companies. Last October, he retired from the company after 40 years of service and established a management consulting firm, where he is currently engaged in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. He also leverages his experience in human resource development as a sales representative and manager, frequently lecturing on courses such as "SNS Marketing" and "Web Writing." Furthermore, as a small and medium enterprise management consultant, he provides support for SNS utilization in areas such as new customer acquisition and sales employee training for SMEs. He works closely with SME managers, providing consulting as a partner in problem-solving. Qualifications: Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant, MBA (Master of Business Administration), Energy Saving Advisor (for housing), etc.
