Medical Principle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "MP"), a medical-sector subsidiary of Creek & River Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "C&R"), will hold the "Minkan Ikyoku Resinavi Fair 2026 Sendai - Clinical Training Program -" (Venue: Sendai International Center; hereinafter "Resinavi Fair 2026 Sendai") on Sunday, April 19.
Launched in 2002, the "Resinavi Fair" is Japan's largest joint briefing session for clinical training hospitals, where many hospitals from across the country exhibit to provide information to visiting medical students and residents. The event is held eight times a year in various locations nationwide, boasting a track record of approximately 1,500 participating hospitals and about 8,000 visitors (as of 2025).
On the day of the fair, in addition to booth exhibitions by each facility, the event will feature various programs, including: a seminar titled "What Makes Someone Chosen by Popular Hospitals? How to Think Your Way Through Interviews," which teaches the mindset needed to craft "stand-out answers" required by popular hospitals during hospital visits and recruitment exams; a mini-seminar titled "Winning Strategies for Matching" featuring residents from popular hospitals; a "Medical Student Career Consultation Corner" for advice on finding a training hospital; and "Booth Visit Supporters" who can introduce recommended hospitals based on individual preferences.
Furthermore, we have prepared attendee benefits such as the free distribution of the "Resinavi Book 2025," which contains information on 496 clinical training hospitals nationwide. We also plan to offer a "Travel Expense Subsidy Campaign" to support attendees.
MP remains committed to providing information on clinical training programs and offering support services through events and online fairs to assist medical institutions, medical students, and residents.
