The "Web Design Skill Test" is one of the national certification system skill tests implemented by the NPO Internet Skill Certification and Promotion Association. The examination consists of practical and theoretical tests. This seminar series systematically teaches practical technical knowledge based on web standards through the scope of the Web Design Skill Test Level 2. The content is useful for organizing practical skills and as preparation for those considering taking the Level 2 exam. Sachio Uchida
Representative Director/Director, Designer, Writer, Instructor at design fleet inc.
Opened a design office in 1999, the dawn of the Web. In addition to design business, in the 2000s, served as a working group member for the establishment of the national Web Design Skill Test and as a competition committee member for the Skill Olympics Web category. Previously worked as a certified instructor for macromedia and Adobe, and as a design consultant commissioned by the Yokohama City Economic Affairs Bureau. Authored numerous web-related books and developed educational materials. A full member and certified instructor of the Internet Skill Certification and Promotion Association, the designated implementing body for the Web Design Skill Test.
