CRAVIA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroki Fujiwara; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it will begin rolling out products at 100-yen shops nationwide, including "Seria" and "Can★Do", through Eikoh Co., Ltd., in the IP licensing business for the popular character "Hoppe-chan" from Memory-Tech Tsukuba Inc.'s Interactive Content Division (hereinafter "Sun Hoseki").
This initiative is one of the core measures of the integrated IP x Retail x SNS strategy promoted by the Company, and is positioned as a key milestone for future IP revenue expansion.
1. Background of the Initiative
"Hoppe-chan" is a character that gained explosive popularity among elementary and junior high school students during the Heisei era, and still retains a certain level of recognition and a fan base today.
To maximize the value of Sun Hoseki, the Company is integrally promoting the following:
・ Restructuring of the IP licensing strategy
・ Integrated management from product planning to manufacturing and distribution
・ Cross-development across e-commerce, physical stores, and live commerce
・ Re-branding utilizing SNS
This rollout in 100-yen shops is a strategic measure to maximize contact opportunities in a "price range accessible to anyone" and to re-diffuse the IP.
As a result of these activities, products featuring Sun Hoseki's character "Hoppe-chan" will be sequentially sold at 100-yen shops nationwide, including "Seria" and "Can★Do," through Eikoh Co., Ltd.
By offering an accessible product lineup at 110 yen (including tax) per item, we aim to approach a wide range of demographics, from elementary and junior high school students to Generation Z, and to dramatically increase the value of the IP by acquiring a new fan base.
2. Significance of Nationwide Expansion (Mass Distribution x High Turnover Model)
"Seria" and "Can★Do" possess a large-scale distribution network of thousands of stores nationwide. Through this initiative, the following are expected:
・ Rapid exposure expansion on a nationwide level
・ Construction of a high-turnover model due to low unit prices
・ Acquisition of new customers ranging from elementary and junior high school students to Gen Z
・ Re-engagement of the Heisei generation through "nostalgia consumption"
This serves as a measure to simultaneously boost "recognition x distribution x turnover rate" in the IP business.
3. Product Lineup
For this rollout, we have lined up a product group that is easy for everyday use, centering on stickers and "oshikatsu" (supporting one's favorite) related items, which have been trending in recent years.

・ Viral expansion utilizing SNS and TikTok
・ Enhancement of sales through e-commerce and live commerce
・ Expansion of collaboration products (partnerships with other IPs and brands)
・ Deployment of physical stores, POPUPs, and experience-based sales
We will build a circular model of "Recognition → Purchase → Diffusion → Repurchase" to drive long-term monetization of the IP.
