Our company has aimed to create an environment where diverse human resources can thrive, but we recognized the need to strengthen our human diversity strategy from the perspective of improving employee motivation, reducing turnover rates, and securing excellent human resources.
Furthermore, we want to foster a company where every employee, regardless of their diverse background, including the promotion of women's empowerment, acquisition of paternity leave for men, and support for LGBTQ+ and foreign national employees, can feel a sense of purpose and have their individuality respected, based on the perspective of diversity.
Deciding factors for adopting Cradle
The decisive factor for our company's adoption of Cradle was the availability of practical educational materials, such as abundant seminar videos, which allow employees to easily learn the specialized knowledge and know-how necessary for DE&I promotion. The ability to access the latest topics and case studies that would be difficult to handle internally, and to provide an environment where employees can continuously learn a wide range of themes, was also attractive.
