Ginza Cozy Corner Co., Ltd. will sell the "Calpis Cheese Souffle" and "Jumbo Cream Puff Calpis," created in collaboration with Asahi Soft Drinks' "Calpis" brand, at fresh cake stores nationwide starting July 4, 2026.

Following the popularity of the "Jumbo Cream Puff Calpis" first introduced last year, the company is adding the "Calpis Cheese Souffle" this year for a limited release. The cheese souffle balances the acidity of cheese with the sweet and sour taste of Calpis, and is finished with a white appearance by using white egg yolks.

As a collaboration between brands that create communication across generations, the companies aim to deliver sweet, sour, and refreshing treats nationwide this summer.
