Ginza Cozy Corner Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Kazuhiko Shono, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will begin selling "Ehime Kiyomi Orange Parfait" and "Miyazaki Hyuganatsu Parfait", made with seasonal citrus fruits, at 9 of its cafe and restaurant locations starting from Friday, April 3, 2026.

Enjoy Spring Citrus in Luxurious Parfaits

Ginza Cozy Corner's popular "Seasonal Fruit Direct Delivery" series, which features seasonal fruits at its cafes and restaurants, will introduce parfaits made with Ehime-grown "Kiyomi Orange" and Miyazaki-grown "Hyuganatsu".

Kiyomi orange, a hybrid of satsuma mandarin and orange, boasts a good balance of sweetness and tartness, and is rich in fragrant juice. Hyuganatsu is characterized by the sweetness of the cotton-like white part (albedo) inside its peel, which is left on when cut and served.

Both parfaits generously use the flesh of one whole fruit, layered with homemade granita (*), vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, creating a satisfyingly voluminous treat.

Please enjoy the rich flavors unique to the season in the relaxed atmosphere of our cafes and restaurants.

*Granita: A semi-frozen dessert similar to sorbet, made from fruit juice, liqueur, or syrup.
