(Headquarters: Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture; President: Masamichi Yamano), a member of the Izumi Group that operates the supermarket chain 'Yume Mart'.

Background of Adoption

Yume Mart Kumamoto operates community-based supermarkets primarily in Kumamoto Prefecture. The company runs 24 'Yume Mart' stores as of May 2026, including in Kumamoto City. It also manages the food supermarket 'Sunny', which is familiar in the Kyushu area, playing a key role in the Izumi Group's food supermarket business.

Previously, Yume Mart Kumamoto relied mainly on long-term business partners and agents for utilizing event spaces. This led to fixed content, requiring mechanisms to connect with a wider range of businesses to create new topics and visit incentives.

Meanwhile, event reception, schedule coordination, document exchange, and application confirmation were managed analogically via phone and Excel. With a limited team handling multiple stores, the challenge was to build an operational structure capable of handling increased online recruitment and inquiries.

Given the successful results of 'Shop Counter Enterprise' adoption at Yume Mart Kitakyushu, Yume Mart Kumamoto judged that similar mechanisms could achieve both store vibrancy and reduced operational load.

Purpose of Shop Counter Enterprise Introduction

This introduction will establish a dedicated event recruitment site for Yume Mart Kumamoto, strengthening online dissemination of event information across 24 'Yume Mart' stores. It will broaden connections with food vendors, food trucks, local businesses, and lifestyle service providers, diversifying event content.

Additionally, inquiries, application information, schedule adjustments, vendor details, and confirmation documents will be centrally managed on 'Shop Counter Enterprise'. COUNTERWORKS will support part of the event reception as BPO, systematizing operations and improving efficiency.

Furthermore, by managing information in line with Izumi Group regulations, vendor data and operational history will be database-driven. This accumulates event performance and transaction data per store, creating a foundation for future event planning and store vibrancy.
