About "Tabelog Spanish Cuisine Hyakumeiten 2026"

This gourmet award announces 100 restaurants highly rated in each genre, with the concept of "Delicious food, eat it now." It has been announced annually in various genres since 2017, and this is the second announcement for "Spanish Cuisine Hyakumeiten." This time, 32 stores were selected from Tokyo, 17 from Osaka Prefecture, and 8 from Kanagawa Prefecture.

- The primary genre is "Spanish Cuisine" as of the selection basis date.

17 New Selections in 2026

Among the 17 new selections are MANO (Kitasaku District, Nagano Prefecture), popular for its authentic game dishes nurtured by Shinshu's nature; Ristorante Bar Porteno (Sumida Ward, Tokyo), featuring authentic regional cuisine delivered by experts from the Prosciutto Association; Cocina Uchida (Chuo Ward, Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture), offering paella adapted to Japanese tastes and a variety of tapas; and PAUL (Kunigami District, Okinawa Prefecture), where a chef trained in Europe creates highly-regarded Spanish dishes using unique Okinawan ingredients.
