Yukiyo Yasuda Appointed as Outside Director of Visasq Inc.

In addition to matching insights through various formats, including spot consulting, we are accelerating the evolution of AI-powered products and expanding our business into the human resources service sector, striving to build a global infrastructure that connects insights from around the world most effectively.

To further strengthen our management structure, we have appointed Ms. Yasuda as a new Outside Director. Ms. Yasuda has a proven track record at Recruit Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.) and the Recruit Group, where she consistently led everything from the formulation of sales organization strategies to their implementation in the field and the creation of organizational results. In addition to her deep knowledge of the human resources service industry, she has recently cultivated cutting-edge expertise in the AI and DX fields at two startups. Furthermore, she serves as an Outside Director for CL Holdings Inc. and Shin Nihon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and possesses extensive experience in management supervision and the practice of corporate governance based on an objective perspective.

We expect Ms. Yasuda, who is well-versed in the human resources service industry—a new growth area for us—and possesses experience in building and operating robust sales organizations, startup experience, and governance knowledge, to provide advice on our growth strategies and to take on the role of appropriately pointing out risks and supervising management from an independent standpoint.

Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Holdings) in 1992, engaged in the HR and recruitment business for many years, and became an Executive Officer in 2014.
Subsequently, she moved to ExaWizards Inc., where she served as an Executive Officer and Director of the "Work AI & DX Research Institute."
Currently, she serves as Director of Business Development at LegalOn Technologies, Inc., and as an Outside Director at CL Holdings Inc. and Shin Nihon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
