The 'Certificate of Contribution to the Promotion of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries' is a certificate issued within this framework to companies and organizations that have engaged in activities contributing to the promotion of agricultural, forestry, and fishery villages. ■ The Initiative for Which the Certificate Was Received
The initiative for which VACAN was certified was conducted as a demonstration project from August to December 2025, with Chino City, Nagano Prefecture, as the implementation region. As part of 'initiatives by regional management organizations (Rural RMOs) responsible for revitalizing resident communities,' the company worked to solve regional issues through both physical and technical contributions, as well as both direct and indirect means.

Specifically, in addition to verifying mechanisms to streamline evacuation center reception and registry management during disasters, the project involved fostering connections between residents using a community exchange app. These are provided on a common platform and incorporate a 'phase-free' concept, where systems used in daily life can be utilized as-is during emergencies.

While there are many people, including the elderly, who need monitoring and mutual support, there are also limitations in human resources and budgets within agricultural, forestry, and fishery villages. VACAN will address these unique challenges and proceed with further functional expansion based on the DX of evacuation center reception, congestion visualization, evacuee registry management, and supply management that it has promoted so far. At the same time, by utilizing communication functions that connect residents with local governments and residents with each other, the company aims to build a system that seamlessly supports everything from daily monitoring and mutual support within the region to smooth evacuation center management, safety confirmation, and the identification of necessary support during disasters.
