❚ What is "Japan Service Innovation 2025"?
"Japan Service Innovation" is a program by the Service Productivity & Innovation for Growth (SPRING) of the Japan Productivity Center, which selects and introduces "frontline examples of service innovation" that break conventional wisdom with their innovativeness and create new value, from a diverse range of service cases obtained through activities such as the Japan Service Award and the Japan Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI) survey.
A total of 91 cases have been selected for "Japan Service Innovation 2025," and our company's work-life balance support service for caregiving, "Yorisoi Concierge," was chosen as one of them.
