Money Forward X Inc. and Orient Corporation (hereinafter, Orico) have jointly planned and developed the fund management and cash flow platform "mitosel" for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and sole proprietors. This service is primarily a smartphone application provided by Orico. Its features include completing everything from grasping financial status to fundraising, supporting swift decision-making for SMEs and sole proprietors facing cash flow challenges. The PC browser version and Android version have been available since June 30, 2026, and the iOS version will be available from July 3, 2026.
Background and Purpose of Provision
Approximately 33 million people, about 70% of all employees in Japan, work for SMEs, making them a vital presence supporting the Japanese economy. However, many SMEs and sole proprietors must continuously address management challenges such as labor shortages due to population decline and cash flow issues. These are considered challenges that affect not only the growth of individual companies but also the sustainable growth of the entire Japanese economy.
This service provides essential financial services for SME management in an integrated manner, and offers an environment where cash flow can be visualized and future cash flows can be easily understood. This will support swift and appropriate decision-making and operational DX, contributing to the sustainable growth of companies.

Background of This Collaboration
Money Forward X and Orico have been working to advance financial services utilizing data and technology through the joint development of an "AI Credit Scoring Model" and the deployment of services utilizing this model. Through such collaborations, we have discovered the potential for providing new value beyond traditional financial services by combining the strengths of both companies.
Money Forward X has extensive experience in developing services for corporations, centered on its "Account Aggregation Platform" that acquires and integrates data from multiple financial institutions and services. It excels in service design that allows intuitive operation of complex fund management through UI/UX design from the user's perspective.
On the other hand, Orico has a broad customer base with small and medium-sized businesses through its business cards and various finance services, possessing expertise in cash flow needs and the ability to provide financial services. By merging the resources of both companies, we determined that it would be possible to realize a new platform that integrally supports everything from "visualizing funds" to "optimal fundraising and decision-making," leading to this collaboration on this service.

<Features>
1. Integrated Management of Bank Accounts and Credit Cards
Balances of multiple financial institutions and deposit/withdrawal details of credit cards are displayed in real-time on a dashboard screen. This eliminates the need to log in to each financial institution to check, allowing for real-time understanding of the current financial status.
2. Streamlined Invoice and Payment Management
By photographing and uploading received invoices with a smartphone camera, character information is automatically read and electronically registered. This simplifies the management of invoices, payment schedules, and due dates, and provides visibility into future fund movements.
3. Seamless Support from Fund Visualization to Fundraising and Payments
Past and future deposit and withdrawal information is managed on a single screen, allowing for intuitive understanding of cash flow through graphs and calendars. If necessary, invoice card payments and business loans can be applied for within the app. The optimal method can be selected according to the financial situation, and flexible payments are possible even when business partners do not support card payments.
Orico's Approach to Small and Medium-sized Businesses and Expansion of Customer Base
Orico will strengthen information provision and communication tailored to fund management needs for existing business card members and invoice card payment users, promoting service utilization. Furthermore, through sales activities via Orico's nationwide merchant network, we will promote adoption and increase awareness among untapped business user segments by emphasizing "visualizing cash flow" and "visualizing management."
Future Outlook for Both Companies
In its medium-term management plan, Orico has set "Contributing to the realization of a cashless society that is safe, secure, and convenient for individuals and SMEs" as one of its important materialities. Through the provision of "mitosel," we will support SMEs and sole proprietors in solving their fund management and management challenges, contributing to sustainable growth and productivity improvement.
Furthermore, starting with this service, Orico and Money Forward X will utilize accumulated data and customer touchpoints to enhance the accuracy of future fund forecasts, as well as expand functions such as cash flow analysis and recommendation features, and invoice factoring. Both companies will continue to strive for the creation of new value by strengthening services that fuse finance and technology, aiming to solve social issues and improve corporate value.
