Under the supervision of psychiatrist Dr. Yusuke Masuda, the center provides support combining evidence-based programs with the latest technology, including AI. The program design emphasizes not only physical recovery for returning to work but also stress management skills to prevent re-leave, adjustments to work styles suited to individual characteristics, dialogues with peers in similar situations, and practical acquisition of suitable job skills.
