JobRainbow Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kento Hoshi) will host the "D&I AWARD" in 2026, which certifies and recognizes advanced initiatives in promoting DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) within companies. The official website for D&I AWARD 2026 is now live. The D&I AWARD is Japan's largest award recognizing companies committed to Diversity & Inclusion. It scores D&I initiatives of companies operating in Japan (including foreign-headquartered companies, non-profit organizations, and research institutions) using a unique "Diversity Score" (100 evaluation items). Certification levels are awarded based on scores: Challenger (1-20 points), Standard (21-60 points), Advance (61-80 points), and Best Workplace (81-100 points). From 2026, the "Beginner" rank will be renamed "Challenger" to positively encourage companies starting their D&I journey. The award also includes the Top Inclusive Company (TIC) Award, which uses JobRainbow's proprietary "Inclusion Score" to recognize companies with high DEIB standards for their employees (top 35% of applicants). A new "D&I Score Ranking" will be established in 2026, combining the 100-item "Diversity Score" with 7 optional "EXTRA QUESTIONS" on specific achievements and internal systems. This ranking will be independent of certification ranks and published by company size and industry. Individual awards will also be given to individuals supporting DEIB initiatives. Application period: June 1, 2026, 0:00 to August 31, 2026, 23:59. Results announcement: December 7, 2026, 10:00 JST. Participation is free. JobRainbow Co., Ltd. was established in January 2016, with headquarters in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and Kento Hoshi as Representative Director. Its business includes D&I training, event management, consulting, and operating the "JobRainbow" D&I information platform.
