ITANDI Announces Appointment of New Representative Director

ITANDI, Inc., with the mission of smoothing real estate transactions with technology, announces that Takashi Uematsu has been appointed as the new Representative Director, President, and CEO, effective June 1, 2026. Akihiro Nagashima, who previously served as Representative Director, President, and CEO, will take on the role of Director and CINO (Chief Innovation Officer). He will continue to lead the evolution and value enhancement of existing products while creating innovations that accelerate the progress of the entire industry.

With the mission of smoothing real estate transactions with technology, ITANDI has been promoting DX in the real estate industry by addressing field-level challenges. Currently, over 5,000 real estate companies have implemented our SaaS. Based on this network effect, our real-time inter-agency site, 'ITANDI BB,' has steadily evolved into an industry infrastructure, serving as a real estate transaction platform used for property information collection in the Tokyo metropolitan area, following 'REINS' operated by the Real Estate Information Network for Japan designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

In recent years, the PropTech market has been undergoing a rapid paradigm shift triggered by the rise of generative AI. Structural transformation of the industry through technology is accelerating, including advanced business automation and transaction optimization based on data analysis.

◆ Profile of New CEO Takashi Uematsu
Completed a Master’s degree at the Graduate School of Business Design, Rikkyo University. After gaining experience as a system engineer, he worked in IT outsourcing sales at a major system integrator. In 2012, he joined Salesforce Japan Co., Ltd., where he led business transformation through cloud utilization across a wide range of fields, from enterprise to SMB. As a sales manager and general manager of sales, he expanded the organization, becoming an Executive Officer in 2019 and Senior Managing Executive Officer in 2024. Drawing on his experience at the forefront of promoting DX for Japanese companies through technology, he assumed the position of Representative Director, President, and CEO of ITANDI, Inc. in June 2026.
