◆ Overview

The "ITANDI Chintai Kanri" application system is a rental housing application reception system that streamlines the process from application submission to screening by linking necessary information entered online by prospective tenants and the progress of application procedures with rental property management companies, rental property brokerage companies, rent guarantee companies, insurance companies, and others.

This time, the number of rental applications handled by the "ITANDI Chintai Kanri" application system reached 1.13 million in fiscal year 2025 (※1), securing approximately 40% of the market share of an estimated 2.72 million annual rental housing applications in Japan (※2).

Furthermore, in November 2025, "ITANDI Chintai Kanri" partnered with "TRUSTDOCK," an eKYC (online identity verification) service provided by TRUSTDOCK Inc., enabling identity verification during rental applications to be performed system-wide. This further supports the operational efficiency of management companies (※3).
