Nagano's Takmori Town and Iida City Digitize Order and Invoice Operations, Promoting Region-Wide DX

Infomart Corporation (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Shin Kimura) announced that its "BtoB Platform TRADE" and "BtoB Platform Invoice" services have been introduced in Takmori Town, Nagano Prefecture (starting December 2025) and Iida City, Nagano Prefecture (rolling out through March 2026).

Background of Implementation:
With the progress of administrative digitization, there is a growing demand for reduced administrative burden and improved convenience for businesses. Previously, both municipalities operated transaction documents with businesses on a paper basis, posing challenges for businesses regarding costs and administrative burdens associated with creation, stamping, and mailing. Both municipalities aimed to reduce these burdens, enhance administrative efficiency, improve resident services, and achieve document management compliant with the Electronic Book Preservation Act.
The two municipalities, sharing an economic zone along the Tenryu River, decided to introduce "BtoB Platform TRADE" and "BtoB Platform Invoice" to digitally manage everything from quotes to invoices. By synchronizing the implementation, they determined they could accelerate DX for the entire region.

Effects and Future Outlook:
1. Reduction of Risks such as Loss, Delayed Payments, and Human Error: Eliminates risks associated with paper invoices. Businesses no longer need to mail or hand-deliver documents, reducing costs and administrative burdens.
2. Efficiency through Integration with Financial Accounting Systems: Eliminates double entry of data, prevents input errors, and reduces processing time.
3. Promotion of Region-wide DX and Ripple Effects: The "BtoB Platform" can also be used for transactions between private businesses, expected to lead to region-wide accounting DX through improved efficiency, cost reduction, and promotion of telework.
