freee K.K. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Daisuke Sasaki; hereinafter "freee") announces that it will officially launch its BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) business on May 1, 2026, in collaboration with The San-in Godo Bank, Ltd. (Headquarters: Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Hiroshi Yoshikawa; hereinafter "San-in Godo Bank"), based on the announcement made in October 2025 (*1), to realize DX for back-office operations of regional companies.

Furthermore, freee will collaborate with Deloitte Touche Smooth K.K. (Headquarters: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Yuki Nakano; hereinafter "Deloitte Touche") on SaaS implementation to promote this business.

One-stop provision from implementation consulting to operational outsourcing, supporting improved productivity of the regional economy

Currently, regional small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face a serious challenge of "shortage of specialized personnel for back-office operations" due to the declining working-age population.
