When we asked AMBI users aged 39 and under whether they have a career vision, 73% responded that they do (23% have a clear vision, 50% have a vague one). Among those with a vision, the top reason for discovering it was 'naturally while performing assigned tasks' (49%). By age group, responses with a difference of over 10 percentage points included 'had it since student days' (20s: 37%, 30s: 24%) and 'life events including marriage/childbirth' (20s: 8%, 30s: 19%).

When we asked those who answered that they 'do not really' or 'do not' have a career vision about their future career, 'want to engage in job hunting' was the most common response for both 20s and 30s (20s: 57%, 30s: 58%).
